Welcome to Soccer Pet. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soccer Pet website, content, digital experiences, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to names, logos, trademarks, artwork, characters, concepts, game mechanics, text, graphics, videos, animations, music, sound, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Soccer Pet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use any Soccer Pet intellectual property except for your limited right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not use, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Soccer Pet content without our prior written permission.
4. AI-Generated and Fictional Content
Soccer Pet may include content created, assisted, enhanced, or modified using artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to visual assets, characters, environments, animations, and promotional materials.
All characters, creatures, teams, and fictional elements presented in Soccer Pet are fictional and are not intended to represent or replicate any real person, animal, brand, organization, or entity.
Any resemblance to real persons, animals, brands, or entities is purely coincidental or unintended.
Soccer Pet is committed to transparency and may disclose when certain content has been created or enhanced using artificial intelligence.
5. Animal Welfare Statement
No real animals are used in Soccer Pet scenes, visual materials, or fictional depictions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Soccer Pet supports animal welfare and opposes animal cruelty in any form.
6. User Submissions
If you submit or send any content, feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, messages, or other materials to Soccer Pet (“Submissions”), you grant Soccer Pet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise use such Submissions in connection with the Services and Soccer Pet’s business.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control the rights to your Submissions
- Your Submissions do not violate any law or third-party right
- Your Submissions are not defamatory, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing
We are not obligated to keep any Submission confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, stores, or services. These are provided for convenience only.
Soccer Pet does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
8. No Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Pet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Pet and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Soccer Pet is found liable for any claim arising out of or related to the Services, Soccer Pet’s total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Soccer Pet for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soccer Pet and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- Any content or Submission you provide
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we otherwise decide to discontinue or restrict the Services.
Upon termination, any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

Soccer Pet may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
